Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive of UKSIF

(Part time; 21.5 hrs a week)

Candidate Information
Salary: £21,400 p.a. pro-rata (Fulltime = 37.5 hours a week).
28 days holiday (pro rata) incl. 3 fixed days at Christmas / New Year.

UKSIF, the sustainable investment and finance association, is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive. This is a permanent part-time position for three days per week or equivalent.
The successful candidate will mainly act as personal assistant to our busy chief executive, but also provide back-up support to our office & events administrator and assist other team members.
This post is likely to be of particular interest to a candidate who supports our commercial and social impact goals and can communicate well with our varied membership. Good communication and administrative skills, enthusiasm, sound judgement and the ability to organise yourself are crucial.

Information Officer for UKSIF

UKSIF, the sustainable investment and finance association, is seeking to recruit an Information Officer. This is a permanent full-time position.
The successful candidate will undertake a varied role - delivering services to UKSIF’s members, maintaining and developing online resources, handling queries, organising seminars and otherwise contributing to our operations. This post is likely to be of particular interest to a candidate who wishes to increase their knowledge and experience in sustainable and responsible finance. Good communication and administrative skills, enthusiasm, an enquiring mind, sound judgment and the ability to organise yourself are crucial. You will also need to be comfortable using the internet and social media.

Content Producer required for ACF and Philanthropy UK

ACF and Philanthropy UK require a Content Producer to generate our wide range of high calibre online and offline publications to the required quality and keep the content and imagery of our websites up to date. Reporting to the Head of Communication and Publications, this role offers the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment in an area of work which has achieved a significant growth in profile and public awareness in recent years.

ACF seeks Information and Membership Communications Officer

The Information and Membership Communications Officer (IMCO) is a key role within ACF which will support communication with our 300+ members by extending the use of our new CRM database and developing the functionality of our three websites. The IMCO will also manage members’ enquiries, write and edit contributions for member publications and work with the Deputy Chief Executive to implement ACF’s strategy for communication with members.
