Third sector advisory panel appointed
Added: 03 July 2008Phil Hope MP, Minister for the Third Sector, has appointed the panel of the new Third Sector Advisory Body (TSAB).
The TSAB has been set up to provide ministers with authoritative advice on policy regarding the third sector and includes members from within the sector and beyond.
Baroness Jill Pitkeathley OBE, appointed chair of TSAB in April, said “I’m delighted with these appointments. Their range of experience and backgrounds will ensure a robust advisory body that won’t be afraid to talk straight. We will start work as soon as possible to ensure that the third sector’s interests are put at the heart of policy making."
The TSAB panel is:
