New name for Adventure Capital Fund and Futurebuilders

The Social Investment Business is the new trading name of Adventure Capital Fund and Futurebuilders England Ltd.
 
The Social Investment Business will bring together under one umbrella all the funds and programmes they currently run. The company name will be introduced over the next couple of months. A conference is planned for 17th September, when details on the vision and aims for the new company will be announced.

Adventure Capital Fund remains the parent company for the group consisting of Futurebuilders England Fund Management Ltd, Futurebuilders England Ltd and Adventure Capital Fund. The current structure for managing the funds and programmes remains unchanged.
