Mission

To promote the individual responsibilities of wealth.

Activities

Trusts in Partnership links a highly confidential network of individuals and aims to introduce them to their peers in order to discuss the social responsibility of their wealth. It arranges one-to-one meetings, group events with speakers, and receptions. It also advises on the charitable management of wealth. A registered charity, Trusts in Partnership has spawned another charity, Giving Works, which fosters giving circles of ‘micro trusts’ to provide mutual support and advice. Some 24 micro trusts are currently involved. Giving Works also distributes the money raised by Giving Springs (www.givingsprings.org) to both local and national charities. Giving Springs installs and manages water features designed to collect the coins thrown into fountains.
Trusts in Partnership is also behind a selection of self-supporting initiatives, including:

  • Be Significant – to encourage the social responsibility of wealth. Tel: +44 (0)207 407 5995
  • The Young Philanthropist – a new innovative group aimed at encouraging the young graduate to engage in sustainable giving.
  • Corporate Foundations - a programme to encourage responsible CSR and HR programmes in major corporates.

These initiatives are still evolving and do not yet have a web presence.

For individual donors

Trusts in Partnership encourages individuals to reach their philanthropic goals. The introduction service itself is free, with a fee structure negotiated to assist in the development of an individual’s philanthropy.
